Paul Lennox – Co-founder of YSB GmbH

I count myself as a globalist.  I was fortunate to have grown up living in many different countries with amazing people from all different walks of life and backgrounds.  As an adult, I continued this trend and have accumulated an excellent inter-cultural understanding from my experiences.  This, combined with over 30 years of working experience in mechanical engineering, product marketing, international business development and international sales management, places me in an excellent position to lead a dynamic and enthusiastic team.  It is my personal goal in life to share my experience to support the future success and development of my clients as well as my team.

Pan Jiaona (Joanna) – Co-founder of YSB Consulting GmbH

Ambition is my personal driver in life.  To take responsibility for not only what I do but also to ensure those around me are infected by the same passion and energy to develop and style one’s own future.   After completing my studies in international languages at Xian International Studies university I quickly took the initiative learning from my superiors and became an expert in investment and development of major projects.  With more than 12 years’ experience in this field, I together with my co-founder am ideally placed to lead our team to ensure not only client success but also the personal development of our employees.
